In addition to our website www.relyance.ai (the “Website”), we operate a software platform (the “Relyance Platform”) that helps companies manage and automate their privacy, compliance, and security activities. This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) will help you understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. For the purpose of this Statement, "personal data" has the meanings given to it in applicable data protection laws. Information on how and why we collect and process the personal data of Relyance personnel and job applicants is captured in our Employee Privacy Statement.

    • Information about how you use our Website and any information you include in communications you send to us. If you request a product demonstration or want to download certain resources from our Website, we will collect your name, employer and job title, email address, and phone number in order to communicate with you.
  • Relyance Platform Users
    • Your name, email address, job title, employer.
    • Information about how you use the Relyance Platform. This includes your language settings, IP address, location information (country, region, city), device information (ID, type, operating system and platform type), browsing activity and login history.
    • Any information you include in communications you send to us (including the details you submit if you use a form on the Relyance Platform).
    • Any information that Relyance Platform users upload into the Relyance Platform in order to fulfill a data subject rights request through the Relyance Data Subject Requests Module.
  • Third Party Data Subjects
    • Any information you submit into Relyance’s data subject rights portal, including but not limited to your name, email address, authentication information, and location.
  • Marketing Prospects
    • Your name, email address, phone number, employer, and job title.

In addition to receiving personal data about you directly from you, we may also receive personal data about you from other sources, including:

  • Individuals
    • We may collect data about you from other individuals, for example, if another Relyance Platform user or Website visitor includes information about you in a message to us or refers you to us or includes information to fulfill a data subject rights request.

    • Your employer may provide data about you in order for us to grant you access to our Platform, or to provide services to you.
  • Networking Websites and Platforms
    • We may collect data about you from social media and professional networking websites and platforms, such as LinkedIn or Twitter, in order to optimize promotion of our products and related services to you.
  • Analytics Tools
